About Us

P21WWUG is a non-profit organization consisting of companies who use and support Prophet 21, a distribution software, developed by Activant Solutions. This is the Activant client-server software solution, that runs on a Microsoft server. The software is currently called Prophet 21, but it has also been called CommerceCenter, Trinity, Riverside, Servent & Wholesale. These terms may be used interchangeably if mentioned on this site or its documents.

The P21WWUG allows paid member access to this web site & enrollment on our group list server. Users may access Crystal Report, SQL, MSExcel, and other files (upload or download), add and vote on enhancement requests, and submit questions & answers on our group list server.

Current annual dues for a member business are $499, and the dues are prorated based on the month you join.
